Autonomous Issue Resolver
AIR is a data-first AI coding agent that automates software maintenance. Based on Data-First Transformation Graph (DTG) to trace causal data lineage, ensuring accurate, validated edits without destabilizing the codebase.
Our flagship products combine cutting-edge AI research with industrial-grade engineering to deliver auditable and robust solutions.

Aethelgard can search clinical data across organisations without creating a central patient-data lake. Local nodes keep records in place, transform text and images into protected semantic signals, and return ranked evidence to authorized queries.
Hard technical ideas only matter when they can be turned into systems that survive the real, chaotic world.
From a neuroprocessor on FPGA at 17 to industrial robotics, frontier-model reasoning work, and now two AI product lines.
Aliaksei’s path bridges frontier research and ambitious engineering. He first stood out at 17 by winning a national technology competition with a neuroprocessor designed on FPGA. With a foundation in Physics and Informatics and an MSc in AI from Imperial College London, he has worked on research software, large-scale AI and robotics infrastructure, and advanced reasoning and tool-use tasks for frontier models.
He founded Monodromy at I-X, Imperial College London, to turn that background into products: AIR for grounded autonomous software maintenance, and Aethelgard for decentralized clinical intelligence. Research remains deep, but the company is now organized around shipping systems, testing them against hard constraints, and building repeatable product infrastructure.
A foundation spanning elite science, real-world robotics, and frontier AI research.
We are looking for clinical research collaborators, design partners, infrastructure partners, and people who want to help bilding industry 4.0.
